How often does seat map data update?

The seat map data that powers our live seat maps is updated every 15 minutes. This also covers how often we check for availability changes if you have a seat map alert configured.

Some airlines limit access to live seat map data prior to departure. The following supported airlines have known limitations in place:

• AerLingus - Seat maps stop updating 48 hours prior to departure

• Qantas - Cabin availability becomes unpredictable 72 hours prior to departure (some cabins may be missing).
